General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and h baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the h baji website and its associated services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

h baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall take precedence in all circumstances.

Definitions

• "Account" means a registered player account on the h baji platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by h baji, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, payment processing, and account management tools available through the h baji platform.
• "Restricted Activity" means any action explicitly prohibited by these Terms, including fraud, collusion, and underage gambling.

Account Registration

To use real-money services on h baji, you must complete the registration process and maintain a valid account in good standing. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or through the use of different personal information — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether with h baji or any other gambling platform — at the time of registration.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of h baji or its affiliated technology or payment partners.

Identity Verification (KYC)

h baji may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a security review. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. h baji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact h baji support immediately at [email protected]. h baji accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Deposits & Withdrawals

h baji supports a range of local payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). h baji does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which h baji accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via mobile banking.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time once confirmed by the payment provider.
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• h baji reserves the right to request proof of the funding source for any deposit at its discretion.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform verification procedures.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes to 4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods or pending verification.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be excluded from the withdrawable balance calculation.
• h baji reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

Bonus Terms

h baji offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Every bonus issued by h baji is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time of issue.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10%-20%, and some game types may contribute 0% toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money balance when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated at the time of issue. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse Policy

h baji actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. The following activities are classified as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, as well as potential permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim a new-player bonus more than once
• Coordinating bets with other players (collusion) to exploit bonus mechanics
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets while a bonus is active
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage)
• Systematically exploiting low-margin games to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account.
• h baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• h baji's decision regarding the interpretation and application of bonus terms is final and binding.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on h baji — whether on sports markets, live casino games, slots, or crash games — are subject to the rules set out in this section. Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of the applicable game or market rules in full. h baji reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, on a market with incorrect odds, or in circumstances where the integrity of the bet or market is in question.

Sports Betting

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• Pre-match bets must be placed before the official start time of the event. Any bet placed after the official start time will be voided, unless the market is specifically designated as an in-play market.
• In-play bets are accepted at h baji's discretion. h baji may suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets that are accepted after a key event (such as a wicket or goal) but before the platform updates the market may be voided at h baji's discretion.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours, or unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• Cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to specific cricket betting rules available on the Cricket section of the platform.

Casino Games

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be predicted, influenced, or reversed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed automatically using the last confirmed action. The result of a completed round stands regardless of connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Malfunction of any game voids all pays and plays relating to that malfunction. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction are not payable.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer completes the round. No appeals are accepted on live game outcomes after round closure.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface or market panel. h baji reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

User Obligations

By using h baji, you agree to comply with the obligations set out in this section at all times. Breach of any user obligation may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h baji platform:

• Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage, including during registration, identity verification, or support interactions
• Registering more than one account for any purpose
• Using the platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purpose
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their explicit consent
• Using automated software, bots, AI agents, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or any competitive platform feature
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software for financial gain
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward h baji staff or other players via any communication channel
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account

Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. You agree to use the platform responsibly and solely for personal entertainment purposes. h baji strongly encourages all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options. Account Closure

Either party — the player or h baji — may initiate account closure. The process and consequences differ depending on which party initiates the closure and the circumstances under which it occurs.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your h baji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding ineligible bonus funds) will be offered for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt, subject to any pending verification or compliance checks.

Closure by h baji

h baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering or other financial crime
• Provision of false registration or verification information
• Confirmed underage access — in which case the account balance will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting all winnings generated while underage
• Reasonable grounds to believe that the account's continued operation poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to h baji's right to withhold funds pending investigation where there is a credible concern of fraud or Terms breach. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.

Limitation of Liability

h baji provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure continuous service availability, h baji does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may affect platform availability.

Scope of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h baji's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h baji shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or h baji was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Losses arising from reliance on information on the platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete
• Losses arising from events outside h baji's reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless h baji and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the h baji platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of h baji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from h baji.

Amendments to These Terms

h baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable effort will be made to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform after the publication date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
